HOOP'N 4 HOPE

 

SY sponsored the first annual "LEE Day on July 22, 2017.  It was a huge success.  A college fund was set up for Lee's sister (JaLiyah) and twin brother (Semajae).  Donations were made to various organizations for Back to School Giveaways, Lacrosse Elementary School, and the South Hill Yellow Jackets.  All donations were made in remembrance of Lee.

 

The Purpose of LEE Day:

 

LEE Day is an annual event in remembrance of LeMajae aka "Lee" James Boswell.  Lee passed away on October 2, 2016, at the young age of 7.  He was always a ray of sunshine everywhere that he went.  Lee loved church, school, basketball, football, and dancing.  SY planned a day of fun for our youth and adults.

 

SY would like to thank all of our amazing volunteers that helped to make LEE Day so successful.  Each one of you showed up and poured so much love into this event.
